Finally, Xiaomi starts pushing the Global Mi 10T and 10T Pro MIUI 12.5 update. It was the European models that first received the update after that Chinese release. Perhaps, Xiaomi security patch updates are released every one to three months, but confusing when it comes to Android OS updates. That’s because, new MIUI version isn’t related to the Android upgrade, which makes it difficult to know if your Xiaomi phone is eligible for a new OS update. Initially, it was believed the company doesn’t have an update policy, but they do. It’s only a few weeks away before Google starts pushing the stable Android 12 update to its Pixel phones. For months, the update has been in a Stable Beta phase, and few Xiaomi phones are also participating in the testing.
