Xiaomi has released a new update for the Redmi K30 4G, Redmi Note 9 4G, and Redmi 10X Pro. The trio is getting a new update, but only the K30 4G gets the update with Android 11. However, we expect the Redmi Note 9 4G and the 10X Pro to start getting the Android 11 build soon since it has been released for the Redmi 10X 4G. Also, the beta version of the update has since arrived in China for the Note 9 4G, and hence, it won’t be long till the stable ROM users start getting it.
The new update for the Redmi K30 4G, Redmi Note 9 4G, and Redmi 10X Pro is arriving for Chinese users. On the Redmi K30 4G, you’ll receive it as MIUI 12.1.4.0 RGHCNXM. The update weighs in at 138MB and will only appear on selected devices for now. It might start arriving for the public in the coming days, depending on the preview outcome. The Redmi Note 9 4G users will receive a MIUI 12.0.12.0 QJQCNXM, which weighs in at 360MB. As for the Redmi 10X Pro, the update has a version number – MIUI 12.0.8.0 QJLCNXM – and comes in a 236MB package.
These builds have only been released on a limited scale, and as such, might not appear on your device. However, there’s a link below, and you can access the correct ROM version of your phone and flash. Again, it’s a limited rollout and will probably return an error message. When that happens, give it some days or wait for the OTA to arrive.
