Have you ever wanted to play music on multiple speakers in Google Home device? Now you can, with the Google Home app. The Google Home speaker only allows you to play music on one speaker at a time, but you can play that same music on multiple speakers via the Google Home app on your phone or tablet.
The Google Home app lets you select which speaker you want to play your music through, as well as letting you group multiple speakers together. You can also adjust the volume of each speaker individually. This is helpful if you want to create a surround sound effect, or if you just want to make sure that everyone in the room can hear the music clearly.

Steps to play music on multiple speakers in Google Home App
Group your speakers together
You will need to group your speakers or ‘audio devices’ in order to get started. If you do not want to have multiple speakers, or a stereo pair in a multi-room setup, we recommend that you spend some time planning where each speaker will be placed.
If you have both Assistant and Chromecast, decide where the voice activated smart speakers will be placed to control the music.
Setting up home groups
To create a Home group, launch the Google Home app by tapping the plus sign in the top left corner of the screen. Choose ‘Create speaker groups’. Click Next to select the speakers that you want to add (these must be connected to the same Wi Fi network as your tablet or phone), then click Next. Give it a name, and click Save.
Adding new speakers
Launch the Home app to add speakers to an existing Home group. To do this, tap the “cog wheel icon” and then select the speaker icon. Scroll down and select Groups. Next, assign it to an existing Home group. Finally, press Save.
Controlling groups with your voice
To play music from a single speaker as you know requires the standard command. But to play on all speakers, simply say “Okay Google. Play [song name] on the Home group” or “Ok Google, play next song on Home group.” and so on.
You can also cast to the group using your music app. Tap the cast icon in apps such as Spotify and YouTube Video to open a list with potential casting targets. You have the option of choosing a single speaker or a group of speakers.
You can adjust the volume for each individual speaker on your device when you play on a group. To adjust the volume of the entire group, you can use the volume buttons on your phone or use your voice to do so. This allows you to balance the audio in different rooms and maintain a consistent volume, no matter how loud or low it is.

Users with Nest speakers, Chromecasts, and Nest products can now have a lot more control thanks to a recent update.
Google Assistant users will be able to add and remove smart speakers from their homes, select a music, and adjust the volume of music streaming.
To play audio from YouTube Music or Spotify, simply tap the icon at the bottom-left corner.
You’ll now be able to see the devices in your home and manage them all. You can send audio to all devices, or transfer it from one room to the other.
